Day 7 Ghanaian Jollof rice- this was a supper simple recipe. I would recommend that if you don’t like/cant handle spicy things to cut the habanero pepper in half.

Day 6
Day 6 veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce- this was a supper healthy and easy recipe. the hardest part was finding a kind of happy medium of how much water i needed to add to the rice wrappers.
Day 5
Day 5 Red bell pepper soup- probably one of the most simple recipes thus far. I have a suggestion if you like your soup really creamy I would use a blender not a food-processor .
Day 4
Day 4 Garlic veggie noodles- this by far has been my and my families favorite meal I’ve made so far. It was a really simple and easy recipe to make.
Day 3
Day 3 Tempeh Tacos- This recipe was really easy and simple making the recipe and the ingredients. I personally was not fond the tempe “meat” but my mom who was the second taste tester loved the temphe “meat”
Day 2
classic bridgadeiros- Day 2 I was really busy so I’m glad that I made such a simple desert
Day 1
Rice noodle pancakes & sweet chili sauce- Day 1 was interesting. I started preparing everything around 12:30 and I didn’t finishing cooking the recipe until 3:45. But besides the point of the recipe taking longer than I expected it was pretty easy to fallow.
